1. STOP THE CRAVINGS!- PROBIOTICS

Admit it. You've been eating tons of crap all holiday season. I know I have. The first thing you have to do is quit feeding the bacteria in your intestines sugar and CRAP- especially the processed stuff! Then you need to overpower the bad little buggers in your colon with good buggers.
